Integrated Design Engineers co-engineered the retrofit and developed the steel connection design for the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) expansion, which included steel connection design for both the Expedited Transfer Facilities and a new building connector between Terminal A and Terminal B. idE also prepared the steel detailing for the signature, architecturally exposed steel “wing trusses” in the terminal.
