Seattle International Airport Ticket Counter Realignment

Integrated Design Engineers was instrumental in the remodel and redesign of ticketing areas for multiple airlines at SeaTac International Airport. Our role included providing structural design services, bidding assistance, and construction support for American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, JetBlue, and Virgin America. We engineered significant improvements, including office space enhancements on the ticketing mezzanine, structural supports for self-service bag drops and bay conveyance belts, and a new window wall with the relocation of 14 ticket counters within the main terminal. Our work was crucial in optimizing passenger flow and operational efficiency, ensuring a seamless and upgraded experience for travelers.
