University Presbyterian Church Palmer House​

The Shata House now known as the Palmer House, at the University Presbyterian Church was renovated and extensively upgraded. This involved extensive upgrades to both the existing structure and new additions, totaling 6,110 square feet of enhanced meeting spaces, offices, and living quarters for church staff. This project features significant improvements including new egress routes, handicap accessibility, and seismic reinforcements; ultimately revitalizing key areas of the church. This renovation utilized concrete, steel, and wood to modernize the old building, with idE serving as the engineer of Record.
