Integrated Design Engineers is the engineer of record for the Transit Oriented Development at 6600 Roosevelt adjacent to the Sound Transit Roosevelt Station. It is intended for housing 244 apartment units and retail in a six-story, wood frame structure over a two-story concrete podium.
