As engineer of record, Integrated Design Engineers developed the structural design for this 4,000-sf “nani pulelehua/beautiful butterfly” luxury private residence in Kauai, Hawaii. 

A hybrid concrete precast system was used for the ground floor walls and the structure is designed to resist high coastal winds.
