Madison Park Residence

As the engineer of record, Integrated Design Engineers developed the structural design for this luxury private residence in Seattle. The single-family home is a 10,000-sf multi-story, wood-frame structure built on a steep hill. 

We also provided detailed design and construction drawings for the project permit application and went through the permit process review with the City of Seattle.
