This remodel of a 1960s-era, 16,000-sf, tilt-up warehouse will increase and relocate most of the 12,000 sf of office space, remove the sawtooth roof structure, and reframe with new heavy timber and steel.

As Engineer of Record, idE will oversee seismic renovations that include new diaphragm ties to the outside walls and internal steel-braced frames and shear walls to meet current code requirements. Full seismic upgrades are part of the planned new construction.
