Jubilee at Hawks Prairie Remodel

Integrated Design Engineers provided expert structural engineering services for the remodel of the community center at Jubilee at Hawks Prairie, a retirement community in Lacey, Washington. Our work encompassed the renovation of key spaces, including an indoor swimming pool, exhibition hall, dining room, and community event area. Additionally, we designed a new gazebo enclosure and a roof replacement for the center’s recreation area, enhancing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our contributions were pivotal in modernizing and revitalizing the community center to better serve its residents.
