Integrated Design Engineers is proud to serve as the engineer of record for the Delridge Mixed-Use Development, a modern three story multifamily residential building set atop a sturdy 12-inch concrete slab. This innovative project features a two-story concrete podium, which includes a vibrant commercial space on the upper level and convenient basement parking area.
