USACE Lower Granite Dam Juvenile Fish Facility

Integrated Design Engineers designed all the steel connections and detailing for the US Army Corps of Engineers’ Juvenile Fish Facility at the Lower Granite Lock and Dam. 

We also designed water-retaining structures on the dam, and all of the dam's steel platforms and ladders, which included equipment platforms, access platforms, walkways to access pipes for maintenance, a stair tower rising the entire height of the dam, platforms suspended from overhead mechanical platforms, and all handrails attached to concrete or steel framing.
