Integrated Design Engineers was the Engineer of Record for this residential, retail, and office development consisting of four 16- to 24-story towers with a shared three-story basement level.
The primary gravity framing is designed with combination concrete hollow core planks on Girder-Slab D Beams and steel beams. The four residential towers have similar typical floor layout, structurally and architecturally.
Integrated Design Engineers' expertise in design using the economically- and structurally-superior Girder-Slab structural system resulted in cost savings for this project. The project was halted prior to construction.
